The Annual Picnic is back at the Extension Office!

The picnic and festivities are open to active CBA members and immediate family only.  We will have food, games, and prizes with plenty of time for fellowship and bee talk.  We will be outside, so don't forget to bring your lawn or camp chair.

Food

The club will provide fresh grilled burgers and hot dogs and ice cold beverages beverages.  Members will bring sides, salads, and desserts.  See list below for assignments.

Club Provides:

• Hamburgers & Hot Dogs

• Paper Products: Plates, silverware, napkins, cups

• Beverages: Tea, Lemonade, Water, Ice

Members Provide:

• Last Name A-H please bring a Salad

• Last Name I-P please bring a Side

• Last name Q-Z please bring a Dessert

Prizes

Each family will get one raffle ticket for the opportunity to win a complete hive box!

Location

We will be meeting right here at the Extension Office during our regular monthly meeting on July 13 at 6:30 p.m.  Please park in the back.  We will be outside and the doors will be open for use of the restrooms.
